SECRET CHURCH // HOW TO STUDY THE BIBLE
Posted on April 19th, 2011 by admin
Who Can Study the Bible? By David Platt The good news is that anyone can study the Bible. Anyone in this room can study the Bible. The difference is only those who have the Spirit of Christ can understand the Bible. And this is the key. It is the key as you read. Anyone can study this book, but unless you have come to the point in this life where you have trusted in Jesus Christ to save you from your sins and he has put his Spirit in you then you will never be (Continue reading…)

THINGS IN COMMON
Posted on April 18th, 2011 by admin
If there is one thing in common among those who are being persecuted for following the Lord Jesus Christ in South Asia, it’s the fact that they are being persecuted by people from every religion in the Affinity. Christ challenges us to take care of those less fortunate than ourselves. In Matthew Jesus challenged the rich young (Continue reading…)

What is it like to be the first one? The first person from your family, your village, or your people group of 10 million to meet Jesus and to understand that the promise is for you? There are “firsts” happening every day among the peoples of Northern Africa and the Middle East, and that question is real for them. Can you imagine it, being the only one? The greatest thing that could ever happen to a person happened to you! And if you tell your husband he will kill you. You experience the presence and (Continue reading…)

The Primary theme of Mark By David Platt The Primary Theme in the Book of Mark is Jesus is The Suffering Servant of God. We see suffering over and over and over again mentioned. Mark 8:31-38 is talking about the unexpected suffering when Jesus told his disciples that he was going to experience suffering and Peter said, pulled Jesus aside and said ‘maybe you don’t know what you are doing’. Jesus said ‘you don’t tell me that I don’t know what I am doing’. And he says it pretty sternly. He says ‘this is exactly (Continue reading…)
