Posted on February 8th, 2012 by Radical

The following is Part 5 of an interview with Pastor and author, David Platt… What is Secret Church primarily about? “What I would say, whether someone is gathering with us at Brook Hills or in someone’s home via simulcast, is that Secret Church is not just for that night. No matter what it costs, we want every nation, tribe, tongue, and people group to hear (Continue reading…)

The following is part 4 of an interview with Pastor and author David Platt… Why should a small group host a Secret Church simulcast? “Because the simulcast is web based, basically anyone can participate if they have access to the Internet.  LifeWay has a great technical team that will help answer any questions you may have, but it is a really simple process. We received a lot of great feedback from small groups who hosted Secret Church in their homes during the last two simulcasts. If I weren’t teaching, I think I would love to (Continue reading…)

  9. The following is Part 3 of an interview with Pastor and author, David Platt… What has been the impact of extending Secret Church through a simulcast? “On a base level, having a simulcast for Secret Church exposes more people to the primacy of God’s Word and the importance of prayer for our persecuted brothers and sisters. If there’s anything that the last two simulcasts have shown, it’s clear that people are hungry for God’s Word, and they’re convinced we need to identify with and pray for our persecuted brothers and sisters. Beyond this, though, I (Continue reading…)

    Where Is Secret Church Going?

Posted on February 3rd, 2012 by Radical

The following is Part 2 of an interview with Pastor and author, David Platt… Where is Secret Church going? “One of the greatest ongoing impacts Secret Church has is its usefulness in other contexts around the world. We want to serve our brothers and sisters in other contexts who don’t have access to a lot of biblical/theological training. One of the ways we do this is to take all the teaching from Secret Church and translate it into various languages in the world. That way, we can go into underground locations in other countries with (Continue reading…)
